I am convinced that a radically different approach to the diversity & inclusion discussion is needed.
Instead of what is still explicitly “us & them”, but covered in honey and sold as “yes, you are invited to come sit down with us”, we need to come at it from the “together we can achieve more” angle.
Only then, is the systemic power imbalance destructed and discarded unconditionally.
