A chain is as weak/strong as its weakest link, right?
Most people will do whatever they can to not be the weakest link; and some would even go further than that; and sabotage other links to not be the weaker one themselves.
I have learned that, at least for me, the better way is to make sure the other not be the weaker link.
I can not hope or expect others will mend my weak link.
I have only few options to mend my own.
I have multiple options to mend others’.
